Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support RMF activities for a government/DoD client, helping mature security processes and artifacts. You will work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain evidence packages using eMASS and standard office tools. You will implement and assess security controls, manage POA&Ms, and ensure timely authorization efforts. The position offers exposure to a high-assurance security program and opportunities to shape risk management and compliance in a mission-critical environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain RMF body of evidence with artifacts like SSP, RMF matrix, and POA&Ms, using eMASS or Microsoft tools * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and design security solutions with a wide range of cyber tools * Maintain controlled repositories of evidence documentation with access controls * Work with identity/rights management tools and PKI implementations * Develop and execute security control assessment procedures for continuous monitoring and authorization * Document security vulnerabilities and deficiencies in POA&Ms Tasks * Active Top Secret or DoE Q clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain TS/SCI * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field and 9 years of relevant experience (4 years accepted in lieu of education) * 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience * RMF and ATO experience * eMASS experience * POAM creation experience Key requirements * Medical, Dental, Vision * Unlimited Vacation * Sick Leave * Paid Federal Holidays * Education and Certification Reimbursement Program * 401(k) retirement plan with safe harbor employer match
