Sr. Specialist - SCM - Source, Manufacturing & Relationship Management 4D

Responsibilities: Develop and execute inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand efficiently. Monitor, analyze, and report inventory variances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures promptly. Collaborate with procurement, planning, and operations teams to forecast inventory needs and plan replenishment activities. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies. Utilize inventory management systems and analytics tools to track stock movements, trends, and key performance metrics. Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance inventory turnover, reduce waste, and optimize costs. Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions by providing actionable insights and best practices.
