Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you bridge IT and OT at Elanco’s Clinton, IN site, driving the integration and support of OT and lab applications across manufacturing and R&D. You own the application lifecycle for local OT/IT systems, guide cross-functional projects, and provide hands-on technical leadership to ensure operational stability. You will collaborate with global teams to share best practices and enable company-wide initiatives, contributing to innovation and efficient production. Compensation / Benefits * Elicit and translate business needs from manufacturing and R&D into application requirements * Own the lifecycle of local OT/IT systems including development, vendor management, CSV, break-fix, and release management * Lead multiple IT/OT projects with plans, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications * Provide hands-on integration and support of IT/OT solutions; troubleshoot systems, infrastructure, and databases * Network with IT and OT resources across Elanco to share solutions and drive continuous improvement Tasks * Bachelor in Information Technology, Process Automation, Operational Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Minimum 3 years IT experience and 3 years OT infrastructure support * Strong critical thinking, business acumen, and communication/collaboration abilities * Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with cross-functional stakeholders Key requirements * Multiple relocation packages * Two weeklong shutdowns (mid-summer and year-end) in the US * 8-week parental leave * 9 Employee Resource Groups * Annual bonus offering * Up to 6% 401K matching
