Job description

Experteer Overview You will support the Knowledge Management TPQI team by developing and maintaining SharePoint solutions for the IETSS program. In this role, you’ll act as both administrator and developer for the intranet and document management system, collaborate across TPQI and VA stakeholders, and drive governance, standards, and process improvements. You will design pages, apps, and workflows, enable data reporting, and mentor users through trainings. This position offers remote work options and exposure to a government-facing enterprise environment with impact on quality and process maturity. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as SharePoint Administrator and Developer for intranet and document management system * Create SharePoint lists and libraries integrating data sources * Develop SharePoint pages, sites, site collections, custom web parts, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows * Ensure site content accuracy and up-to-date information * Manage permissions across site collections and manage VA email distribution lists * Leverage SharePoint BI capabilities via dashboards (Excel Services, SSRS) * Create and maintain Teams groups/sites and related permissions * Collaborate with IETSS teams to maintain document repositories in Teams * Enforce governance, standards, and best practices * Troubleshoot end-user issues and deliver training sessions * Conduct content audits and collect user requirements to design solutions * Contribute to Quality Process Management and C3M programs * Produce documentation (process flows, specs, work instructions) * Identify and update IETSS programs and processes * Contribute to organization-wide quality and process improvement initiatives * Provide SharePoint requirements to Measures and Metrics team for MDW/SSIS efforts * Perform additional TPQI analysis duties as requested Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 4-6 years of SharePoint development experience * Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams * Working knowledge of Teams groups, channels, and features * Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines * Strong documentation skills and attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * U.S. Citizenship and successful government background check * Ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences * Team-oriented and independent work capability * Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment Key requirements * competitive total compensation * paid leave * medical/dental/vision insurance * short-term and long-term disability * life insurance and AD&D * 401(k) with employer match and vesting
