Job description

About the positionAre you passionate about data quality, governance, and driving business excellence across international teams? Join us and play a key role in shaping the integrity and effectiveness of customer master data across the EMEA region.Responsibilities and tasksOwn and monitor customer master data quality for the assigned region for the NPE divisionEnforce GEA Group and divisional customer data standards, policies, and governance rulesExecute and steer deduplication, merging, obsoletion, and cleansing activitiesSupport and coach local customer data stewards and build a regional steward communitySupport SAP S/4HANA (MDG?C) and CRM operations and ensure compliance with customer data workflowsSupport Transform360 data readiness, including data quality monitoring and validationProvide transparency on data quality KPIs, risks, and improvement progressPerform testing of data related changes in CRM/MDG, raise defects, and provide concrete feedback to central product/process teamsDocument operating procedures/SOPs and work instructions for regional execution (request validation, enrichment rules, approvals, escalation paths), and keep them currentCollaborate daily with Sales, Service, Finance and Data Governance counterparts to unblock requests and ensure smooth order to cash handoffs (e.g., correct addresses/VAT to prevent invoice rejections)Profile and qualificationsExperience in Master Data Management, preferably customer master dataStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Customer Master and MDG-CExperience with CRM systems, preferably Sales & Service CloudExperience in a B2B, industrial, or project-based business environment is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively across functions, teams, and regionsA structured, detail-oriented mindset with the confidence to enforce standards in a matrix organizationFluent in English (Only applications submitted in English will be considered)BenefitsAttractive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilitiesPrivate health insurance planEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible working hours and a hybrid working model (up to two days per week remote)23 days of vacation per yearGreat work environment as part of a collaborative teamContinuous internal training and career development opportunities, both nationally and internationallyOpportunity to join a company recognized as a Top Employer **Equal OpportunityGEA is an equal opportunity employer.
