OSRAM Lighting S.L., Madrid, Spain, is seeking a (Senior) Staff Engineer IT HR Solutions with SAP HCM expertise to implement HR business requirements, focusing on payroll and time management.The role includes 3rd-level support, process design, and project coordination, with external resources as needed.The candidate should have 3-5 years of SAP HCM experience, PA/PY, PT, OM knowledge, plus ABAP, ESS/MSS, and preferably SuccessFactors.English is essential; German is a plus in a global team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
