Technical Sap Project Manager

IntroductionWe are looking for an experiencedTechnical SAP Project Managerto lead key workstreams within a large-scale global SAP RISE transformation program. The ideal candidate combines strong technical project management expertise with a solid understanding of SAP upgrade projects and proven track record of SAP related database migration projects - preferably Oracle to HANA. The project manager should have the ability to effectively coordinate technical and business stakeholders in an international environment.Travel RequirementsThis role requires frequent travel to:Gothenburg(technical team) andMunich(business team)LocationThe Project Manager must be based in Europe to allow easy travel to Gothenburg and Munich.Key ResponsibilitiesLead two different SAP migration workstreams, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectivesManage SAP RISE migration projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and deliveryCoordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between business and technical stakeholdersParticipate in technical discussions, understand proposed technical concepts, and facilitate decision-making without requiring hands?on technical consultingIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issuesMonitor project progress, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersDrive execution excellence and ensure successful delivery of project objectivesRequirementsStrong technical Project Management experience with a good understanding of SAP upgrade projectsAbility to follow technical discussions and understand proposed technical concepts (hands?on technical consulting is not required)Experience with SAP RISE is a strong advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong execution mindset with a results?oriented approachFluent English, both written and spokenGerman language skills are an advantage but not mandatory#J-*****-Ljbffr
