Job description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Terraform, AWS cloud services, and CI/CD pipeline management to automate infrastructure provisioning, enhance deployment processes, and support cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will enable seamless delivery of software applications while ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure., Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision AWS resources efficiently and reliably.
- Build, configure, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Deploy and manage AWS services, including EC2, EKS, S3, MSK, Lambda, and RDS, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
- Automate application builds, deployments, and infrastructure updates by integrating IaC tools into CI/CD workflows.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and other logging/monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance deployment automation.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and performance improvements.
- Enforce security best practices, including IAM roles, policies, secrets management, and network configuration.
Requirements
Proficient in Terraform, including modules, state management, and provider configurations for AWS.
- Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CodeBuild.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services, including EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC, Route53, Security Groups, and MSK.
- Experience managing containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Firm understanding of infrastructure provisioning, automation, and cloud operations.
- Familiarity with configuration management and scripting using Bash, Python, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying technical challenges and solutions.
Nice to Have’s:
- AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional or AWS Solutions Architect.
- Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for cloud-native environments.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and participate in DevOps culture improvement initiatives.
