Experteer Overview In this hybrid Toronto role, you apply advanced analytics to mine large data sets, build predictive models, and design scalable data processes. You will partner with data teams and product stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that impact customer experience, productivity, and competitive advantage. You’ll explore AI/ML feasibility, drive data strategies, and present actionable insights to senior leaders. This position combines technical execution with enterprise-wide influence and risk-aware decision making. Compensation / Benefits * Mine and analyze large structured and unstructured data to derive insights * Design and build data modeling processes and predictive models * Leverage big data tech and AI/ML to deliver smarter business decisions * Collaborate with data/analytics teams and product partners to scale analytics into solutions * Assess feasibility of AI/ML solutions and explore new data technologies * Provide recommendations to business leaders to maintain market competitiveness * Develop data-driven decision making and future roadmap with product teams * Operate at a group/enterprise-wide level as a specialist resource to senior leaders * Implement changes responding to shifting trends and risk guidelines Tasks * Typically 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent * Strong programming skills in Python or SAS * Proficiency in SQL and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) * Experience in cloud-based modeling environments (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, AzureML) * Experience automating and scheduling data pipelines for end-to-end scoring * Experience developing customer discretionary pricing optimization models is an asset Key requirements * health insurance * tuition reimbursement * accident and life insurance * retirement savings plans
