Job description

Experteer Overview As a key member of the SEDAT team, you will lead the integration and sustainment of ELMS within the SAP ecosystem and coordinate across SEAL, LSEMS, and other enterprise apps. You’ll translate government requirements into technical solutions, develop analytics products, and support FIAR as well as digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with government and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, compliance, and data-driven decision making. This role offers a chance to shape enterprise logistics and drive audit readiness at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead ELMS integration, sustainment, and enhancement within SAP to meet business requirements and performance standards * Serve as technical lead for systems integration across ELMS, SEAL, LSEMS, SAP, and related applications supporting Support Equipment operations * Be the primary advocate for Support Equipment requirements across the system lifecycle * Collaborate with government and internal stakeholders to capture and prioritize requirements * Support FIAR initiatives ensuring audit readiness, traceability, and compliant data flows * Translate requirements into system capabilities within SEAL and other enterprise systems * Establish data governance, quality controls, and best practices for reliable enterprise data * Develop scalable analytics solutions and dashboards to support logistics readiness and transformation * Source and prepare data from multiple systems for reporting and analytics * Contribute to Lean Agile delivery of system integration and digital transformation projects * Leverage SAP expertise (Warehouse, Requisition, Contracts, Procurement, Fleet Management) for data extraction and analysis Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, MIS, data analytics, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field with 8+ years of experience; or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience * Experience with enterprise systems integration, data management, digital transformation, or business systems implementations * Familiarity with SQL, data structures, data integration concepts, and enterprise applications * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and analytics products * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience * U.S. citizenship required Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * short-term and long-term disability * 401(k) match * flexible spending accounts * paid time off and holidays
