Experteer Overview As a Solution Integration Architect at Roche, you lead the technical orchestration of validation campaigns for a vast system-of-systems solution in the cobas ultra omni stack.You shape the integration strategy and lab topologies, partnering with product and systems teams to ensure testability and performance at the end-to-end level.You influence emulator and digital twin designs, and guide automation and CI practices to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.This role places you at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, driving testing excellence and tangible impact on healthcare delivery.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Architect the master Solution Integration Strategy, defining integration levels, quality gates, and CI roadmap* Define virtual, hybrid, and physical lab/topology designs and digital twin architectures* Review use cases, ICDs, and requirements to guarantee verifiable end-to-end testability* Establish cross-functional test and technical responsibilities across delivery nodes* Provide technical leadership, automation strategy, and coaching to engineers and analysts* Lead End-to-End (E2E) validation campaigns to verify performance, reliability, and customer needsResponsabilidades* 10+ years of deep technical experience in multi-domain systems engineering and SoS environments* At least 3 years focused on System-of-Systems architectures* Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, CI pipelines, DevOps, and cloud computing* Proven ability to define emulator topologies and virtualized/simulated environments* Bachelor in Software Engineering (or related)* Strong communication and ability to navigate ambiguity and challenging delivery decisionsRequisitos principales*
