Senior System Engineer - Sap Supply Chain Management

Experteer Overview In this role you act as a central IT expert for production planning solutions, driving the development and integration of the global Operations Planning template with SAP-based planning systems.You collaborate with global process teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize planning solutions, while managing IT systems across their lifecycle in a regulated pharma context.You will bridge development and business teams, support testing and documentation, and ensure end-to-end deployment on SAP platforms.This is a hands-on, globally distributed role that shapes solutions and enables enhanced planning capabilities.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Contribute to global development projects for planning solutions, including design, architecture, implementation and handover to support teams* Act as a liaison between development and business teams to shape requirements for projects* Develop concepts for software solutions and expand technical expertise* Support integration tests, developer tests, and maintain software documentation* Provide 3rd level support with external partners* Support harmonization, simplification, and automation of IT services and processes* Maintain and continuously improve planning processes and systems across their lifecycle, including deployment on SAP platformsResponsabilidades* Several years of IT experience implementing SAP or SAP-based Supply Chain Planning solutions* Experience in concept development, solution design, and hands-on configuration in SAP ERP (S/4HANA) and/or SAP-based systems* Familiarity with application infrastructure, Cloud Computing, AI, RPA, and Data Analytics (a plus)* Experience in GxP-regulated environments and life sciences supply chain processes (beneficial)* Analytical mindset with ability to navigate complex IT landscapes and integrate global processes* Global mindset and strong teamwork skills, with good communication and presentation abilities* Willingness to travel approx.quarterly* Strong English; German knowledge a plusRequisitos principales* global, respectful, family-like work environment* flexible learning and continuous development* gender equality initiatives* inclusive and equitable workplace* opportunities for growth

• Several years of IT experience implementing SAP or SAP-based Supply Chain Planning solutions
• Experience in concept development, solution design, and hands-on configuration in SAP ERP (S/4HANA) and/or SAP-based systems
• Familiarity with application infrastructure, Cloud Computing, AI, RPA, and Data Analytics (a plus)
