Job description

Straumann Group is seeking a CSV and Test Management Lead in a hybrid setup (Madrid/Wroclaw/Curitiba) to drive validation and testing for Global Business Applications. You will oversee validation strategy, test plans, and regulatory compliance across SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Requirements

The role requires 10+ years in CSV/QM/Test/PM with leadership experience, strong knowledge of GxP, and fluent English. Partner with IT, QA and Compliance to ensure quality and audit readiness.
