Junior Data Engineer

Client is seeking a Junior Data Engineer to support the ITSAI organization, a newly established AI & Data Engineering group. The team is responsible for building modern data platforms, establishing engineering standards, and enabling AI-driven initiatives through scalable data solutions., * Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformations

• Develop and support data solutions using Databricks and dbt
• Deploy and manage data workloads within the Azure Cloud environment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish data standards and best practices
• Support integration of enterprise data platforms with AI and analytics initiatives
• Assist in developing reusable data engineering patterns and documentation

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Databricks, dbt, and Azure Cloud who are looking to grow in modern data engineering and AI-enabled environments., A junior Data Engineer with 1 4 years of experience in Databricks, dbt, and Azure, eager to work on modern cloud-based data platforms while supporting enterprise AI and analytics initiatives., * 1 4 years of Data Engineering experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
• Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Experience building and supporting ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Understanding of structured data processing and data integration
• Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals

Nice to Have

• Experience working with unstructured/document data
• Exposure to AI/ML or AI-enabled data platforms
• Familiarity with data engineering best practices and reusable pipeline development
