Job description

Experteer Overview As a Principal Software Engineer in Core AI’s Observability group, you design and build AI-powered services that monitor and optimize large-scale agent performance. You’ll work closely with product teams to align technical direction with business goals and own the end-to-end lifecycle and production readiness of the services. You’ll drive DevOps culture, address complex customer issues, and contribute to cohesive, end-to-end Microsoft experiences. This role offers impact across scalable cloud services and AI-powered observability. You will help shape reliable, high-performance platforms that enable developers and enterprises to harness AI.
