  • Additional quoting/contract/order touchpoints as applicable
  • Partner with product owners, business analysts, and pricing stakeholders to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical design options.
  • Analyze and prototype enhancements for pricing scenarios such as Fixed Price, Final Price Deferred (FPD), feed/raw material pricing, international sales, and South America pricing needs.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues (pricing call failures, instability, performance, integration errors) and support P1/P2 escalations as needed.
  • Participate in release execution including integration testing, regression testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, post-release validation, and hypercare.
  • Ensure configuration and changes align with security policies, architecture/development standards, and applicable SOX control expectations.
  • Produce technical documentation (runbooks, support steps, configuration notes, deployment instructions, knowledge articles) and perform knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT delivery experience in a large enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on PriceFx configuration, implementation, support, or technical consulting experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with:
  • PriceFx pricing configuration (rules, formulas/logic, price lists, dashboards)
  • Integration troubleshooting and analysis
  • Production incident triage and root-cause analysis
  • Testing and release support in an Agile delivery model
  • Strong working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC, SAP CPI, and Salesforce CPQ strongly preferred
  • Groovy or JavaScript experience strongly preferred

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • PriceFx training or certification
  • Certifications related to SAP CPI, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce CPQ/Admin, Agile/Scrum, or integration/API technologies
  • Experience supporting global commercial pricing in industries such as manufacturing, chemicals, mining, fertilizers, or commodity pricing

Tools & Working Style

  • Able to work effectively with global teams across Brazil, North America, India, and vendor partners
  • Strong written/verbal communication; able to explain technical topics to business stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure during production incidents
