Experteer Overview In this role you will lead pre-sales and solution design for Google Cloud Data and AI engagements, translating business challenges into solid technical architectures and SOWs. You will partner with sales and practice teams to scope delivery approaches, resources, pricing, and contracts. You’ll validate solutions via POCs and risk assessments while shaping offerings and GTM collateral. You’ll drive client outcomes through deep domain and technical expertise in data and AI on Google Cloud. Compensation / Benefits * Lead pre-sales activities: discovery, design, proposals, and client presentations * Draft accurate SOWs with contract teams translating architecture into delivery agreements * Perform technical assessments, POCs, and feasibility studies for AI/data solutions * Identify and mitigate technical/operational risks and prioritize NFRs (security, scalability, performance, reliability, supportability) * Support evolution of service offerings, create repeatable solution patterns and pre-sales collateral * Coordinate transition from Sales to Delivery ensuring aligned expectations, culture, risks, and timelines * Provide advisory on Google Cloud/Agentic AI trends to drive innovation Tasks * Agentic AI exposure or hands-on experience with Google Gemini Enterprise * Significant experience designing enterprise data solutions on Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Vertex AI) * Hands-on data architectures including Medallion (Lakehouse) and Data Mesh * Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer and/or Professional Cloud Architect certifications (strongly preferred) * Technical Bachelor’s degree * 8+ years IT delivery/consulting experience * 2+ years pre-sales/sales experience scoping technical solutions * Hands-on Google Cloud development/engineering experience * Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement * Willingness to travel to client locations * Technical drive and continuous learning in data modernization, AI, infrastructure Key requirements * Medical, Dental, and Vision * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Life Insurance and AD&D * Disability insurance * HSA * Transportation Benefits
