Oracle Cloud Technical Lead

Experteer Overview In this Oracle Technical Lead role, you will own the design and delivery of medium-to-high complexity cloud transformation integrations. You’ll translate business goals into scalable, secure Oracle solutions and guide cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore sites. You’ll shape architecture for performance, availability, and maintainability while driving innovative integrations with Oracle Cloud. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects and mentor junior staff, contributing to Capgemini’s cloud communities. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on impactful, enterprise-scale Oracle deployments. Compensation / Benefits * Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions * Review or develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure feasibility and ERP alignment * Demonstrate good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS) and PaaS * Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to meet solution requirements * Offer implementation options for new system features enabling strategic business capabilities * Evaluate and implement technical innovations to gain a competitive advantage * Define solution footprint for prospects as part of proposals or discovery * Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate scoping, timelines, and resources; develop project plans including risk * Mentor leads and analysts * Contribute to Capgemini’s Oracle Cloud communities with capabilities and knowledge Tasks * 10-12 years of experience with Oracle Cloud, OICS, and Oracle PaaS * Experience on 3-4 Oracle Cloud or multi-pillar projects * Proven experience developing VBCS applications with multiple screens * Extensive design and solutioning of complex OIC integrations (Oracle Adapters, FTP Adapters, Database Adapters, SOAP/REST Adapters) * Experience with OTBI and BIP reports for OIC integrations * ATP database knowledge and SQL/PLSQL experience * Experience designing Oracle Cloud solutions including vendor integrations based on business requirements * Working knowledge of Cloud Configuration * Primary modules: Oracle Cloud SCM and Finance; Secondary: HCM * Strong consulting, business analysis, independent work, and global delivery experience * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Key requirements * Paid time off (varies by grade) * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Retirement savings plan (e.g., 401(k)) * Life and disability insurance * Employee assistance programs * Other benefits per local policy
