Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive test and qualification campaigns for the Pegasus LTV on the Lunar Terrain Vehicle Services program, partnering with IPTs to ensure rigorous verification and validation of systems. You will design and operate vehicle testbeds, develop schedules, and generate tests and reports that advance NASA-class missions. This is a fast-paced, startup environment where your expertise accelerates progress toward a permanent lunar presence. You’ll shape test strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver mission-critical hardware. Join us to help push human exploration farther than ever before. Compensation / Benefits * Develop test requirements and plans in coordination with IPTs * Support IPT generation of test reports * Plan and execute component, subassembly, and subsystem qualification campaigns * Lead design, build, and test of dedicated vehicle test platforms and prototypes * Lead development of qualification and test campaign schedules and execute campaigns on schedule * Write test procedures and processes for qualification at component, subsystem, and vehicle levels * Provide expert inputs to program schedules, budgets, and status of campaign execution Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline * 4-8 years of experience in developing and executing test and qualification campaigns for NASA Class A and/or human-rated vehicles * Demonstrated experience leading engineering test efforts for requirement verification and validation * Familiarity with NASA AI&T standards (e.g., SMC-S-016, NASA-STD-8739) * Clear understanding of NASA verification and validation processes * Strong test documentation skills (plans, procedures, reports) * Knowledge of systems engineering processes and best practices * Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Project) * Self-motivated with strong organization and time management * Excellent written and oral communication skills * U.S. Person Key requirements * Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) * Paid time off: 3 weeks/year * 401(k) with up to 4% employer match * Paid holidays: 11 * Parental leave * Educational reimbursement opportunities
