Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer on Google’s Pixel Privacy and Security team, you apply AI to assess and harden device security at scale. You will collaborate with silicon and OS teams to ensure high-quality security reviews and code safety for Pixel features. You’ll conduct AI-augmented vulnerability assessments and coordinate with contractors to expand security coverage. This role blends systems programming, security, and AI to protect billions of users. Compensation / Benefits * Apply internal AI systems and LLMs to automate vulnerability discovery and improve security analysis across Pixel features * Perform manual and AI-augmented security assessments to identify logic flaws and exploit paths in low-level platform code * Draft technical testing requests and collaborate with contractors to ensure comprehensive security coverage * Partner across silicon and operating system engineering to implement secure designs and resolve logic vulnerabilities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 5 years of software development experience * 3 years of experience in data privacy or security * 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products * 1 year of experience with software design and architecture Key requirements * bonus target * equity * benefits
