Job description

Experteer Overview As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you own the systems architecture for a scalable data ingest pipeline from edge to cloud and guide a cross-functional engineering team. You shape frontend and backend design, mentor engineers, and drive secure, production-grade implementations for real-world government users. You will balance hands-on coding with architectural ownership and collaborate with product, design, and DevSecOps to deliver impactful RFID-based solutions at pace. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end systems architecture for a scalable, resilient data ingest pipeline spanning edge and cloud * Lead and mentor frontend and backend engineers, conduct code reviews, establish best practices and documentation * Drive full-stack design decisions across data flows, messaging, API, data models, and UI structure * Lead AI-enabled development with guardrails, validation, tests, and production-grade support systems * Break down requirements into well-scoped engineering tasks and assign work across the team * Build intuitive front-end experiences with React and modern component libraries * Write secure back-end services in C#/.NET with REST APIs and EF for data access * Collaborate with design, product, DevSecOps, and field teams to launch secure features * Promote automated testing and quality gates with unit/integration/e2e tests * Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support FedRAMP/IL5 deployment readiness Tasks * 6+ years of software engineering experience with leadership/mentoring * Ownership of distributed systems architecture for data ingest or streaming across edge and cloud * Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ or similar brokers, and custom services * Experience leading AI-enabled development, including guardrails and end-to-end tests * Full stack proficiency across frontend and backend with architectural influence across layers * Frontend skills: React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, responsive design * Backend skills: C#/.NET, Entity Framework, relational databases, SQL, indexing, optimization * Familiarity with dependency injection, async/await, LINQ * Understanding of system design, API design, state management, async data, and event-driven patterns * Experience with testing tools (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library) and automated validation/e2e testing * Secure SDLC and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab) * Agile/Lean leadership with rapid delivery and user feedback loops * US Citizenship with ability to obtain government security clearance; Active Secret or TS preferred * Bonus points: experience with DoD/IL5/FedRAMP, logistics/supply chain apps, Security+ or AWS certs, startup experience Key requirements *
