Manager, Data Science

Experteer Overview As Manager, Data Science, you lead a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists to deliver production-grade ML models and GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, finetuning, multimodal models). You align AI initiatives with business strategy and healthcare quality goals, driving measurable outcomes. This role sits at the crossroads of analytics, health informatics, and operational impact, shaping AI-driven solutions for managed care. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate care quality and efficiency, in a mission-driven environment that values innovation and quality.
