Enroll and manage Windows, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and macOS devices into Office 365.
Package and deploy Win32, line-of-business (LOB), and store apps in Intune to create new installs and update currently installed software packages.
Set up Windows Update for Business rings and feature updates.
Create and deploy sensitivity labels to classify, restrict, and encrypt documents.
Configure trainable classifiers, exact data match (EDM), and sensitive information types.
Understand Microsoft 365 license tiers (E3, E5, Business Premium) to know what features are available and evaluate features for secure implementation.
Establish applicable security policies and best practices and baselines to onboard devices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
Extensive experience with Office 365 applications for end users and end user devices with an emphasis on security tools and applications.
Extensive experience in desktop support of Microsoft products as well as software management used by end user devices.
