Information Security Officer

Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with GBS and GDL teams to shape information security risk conversations and guide policies and controls. You’ll translate business context into risk priorities, support risk discussions, and act as a security subject matter expert for the line of business. The position emphasizes collaboration, risk governance, and driving security initiatives across the organization. You’ll operate in a dynamic, in-office culture with growth and development opportunities. Compensation / Benefits * Provide guidance on information security topics, policies and controls to the LOBs * Develop business insight for focused information security risk discussions * Prioritize information security risks and align with risk management processes * Monitor information security trends and keep LOB/CIO Partners informed * Coordinate with risk partners on critical GIS/LOB information security priorities * Ensure compliance with policies and laws and manage quality control/reporting * Support risk strategy development with CIO/COO operating routines * Triage security issues with clients and advocate GIS support structure Tasks * 2-5 years in technology and 5+ years in information security * 2-5 years in application development or application security * Experience with cloud implementations (Azure, AWS, GCP) * Subject matter experience in application security, vulnerability testing, system testing, and/or Agile lifecycle * Strong LOB knowledge/experience for the aligned business * 1-2 years of risk management experience or participation in risk processes * Excellent presentation and communication skills Key requirements * industry-leading benefits * paid time off * flexible benefits * in-office culture with development opportunities * annual discretionary incentive plan * career growth support
