Business Intelligence Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive data-informed decision making by building scalable dashboards and reports in Power BI for a fiber telecommunications business. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, shape data pipelines, and ensure reporting accuracy in a cloud data environment. Your work will influence business decisions through KPI-focused dashboards and secure, governed data delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Model data schemas and reporting layers in Snowflake and Power BI for scalable analytics * Monitor data quality and pipeline health; troubleshoot integrity issues * Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports surfacing KPIs * Write efficient SQL queries against Snowflake for ad hoc and recurring needs * Apply strong dashboard design principles to make data accessible to non-technical audiences * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and questions to answer * Combine technical output with business context to deliver insights and recommendations * Develop understanding of the business model, competitive landscape, and key drivers * Ensure data in reporting and pipelines is accurate, secure, and compliant with governance * Document data sources, transformation logic, and report definitions for maintainability * Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytics efficiency Tasks * Bachelor in quantitative field * 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics * Hands-on Snowflake experience (schema design, performance tuning, query optimization) * Strong Power BI development skills (DAX, dashboard/report design, data source connectivity) * Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with ETL/ELT and data pipelines * Strong business acumen and ability to connect data findings to business outcomes * Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including non-technical audiences * Ability to prioritize requests and manage expectations across business units * Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities Key requirements *
