Experteer Overview Lead and shape GSK’s Automation Acceleration Hub to drive enterprise AI, automation and platform engineering at scale. You will translate AI strategy into measurable outcomes, own the automation portfolio, and build a global, high-performing team. You’ll govern AI responsibly, collaborate with security and compliance, and partner with executives to accelerate adoption across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations. This is a unique chance to influence how AI and automation transform a world-leading healthcare company. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the CTO’s AI Transformation Agenda and translate strategy into measurable outcomes * Drive execution across AI engineering, automation, and platform teams * Manage portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, and value realization * Develop and deploy AI solutions, agents, and automation platforms * Establish enterprise standards, reusable architectures, and AI-first engineering practices * Accelerate AI adoption through enablement, education, and best practices * Oversee the Automation & Platform Ecosystem including RPA and DevSecOps platforms * Govern AI with trusted frameworks, compliance, and risk management * Lead and grow a global multi-disciplinary team across AI, automation, and platform engineering * Influence executive stakeholders and represent GSK with partners and industry forums Tasks * 12+ years of technology leadership experience * 5+ years leading enterprise AI engineering, platform engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps, or intelligent automation * Ownership of enterprise AI and automation delivery at global scale * Deep expertise in modern AI architecture and ML tool ecosystem (LLMs, generative AI, MLOps/LLMOps) * Experience running large-scale DevSecOps platforms (CI/CD, security, policy-as-code) * Proven track record building and scaling RPA or automation capabilities * Experience defining frameworks, reference architectures, and reusable AI assets * Strong ability to influence executives and translate strategy into action * Experience leading delivery in regulated, mission-critical environments * Experience leading distributed teams across US, UK, and India Key requirements *
