OutSystems Developer

Experteer Overview In this OutSystems Developer role, you will build and evolve low-code applications that support Insurance and Financial Services operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, while ensuring quality, security, and performance. The position focuses on accelerating digital transformation through OutSystems and integrations with Microsoft technologies and cloud services. You will shape user experiences and contribute to a modern, efficient technology stack. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, test, and deploy web and mobile apps on the OutSystems platform * Create scalable, reusable components aligned with architectural standards * Translate business requirements into technical solutions * Enhance and maintain existing applications for performance and UX * Develop integrations with REST APIs and internal/external systems * Work with SQL databases to support functionality and reporting * Integrate with Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Azure) and third-party platforms * Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and issue resolution * Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures * Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and with cross-functional teams * Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance of solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent) * 3-5 years of software development experience with OutSystems * Strong understanding of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and application lifecycle management * Experience with REST APIs, API Connectors, SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript * Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key requirements * Annual Performance Bonus * Stock Purchase * Medical Plans * 401(k) * Paid Time Off * Flexible Work Options
