Job description

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Analyst II, you will help protect Conga’s cloud ecosystem and services through vulnerability management, security operations, and automation. You’ll work with security engineers, platform teams, and stakeholders to reduce risk and strengthen our security posture. The role emphasizes hands-on vulnerability triage, automation, and AI-enabled security initiatives in a fast-growing cloud environment. You’ll contribute to scalable security solutions that enable business growth and protect customer data. This is a chance to shape intelligent security operations and build foundational cloud security expertise. Compensation / Benefits * Run and maintain credentialed vulnerability scans across cloud, infrastructure, and containerized environments; assess risk and coordinate remediation with engineering teams * Monitor cloud configurations for drift and compliance; support security reviews for Infrastructure-as-Code resources * Develop automation scripts (Python/Bash) to reduce manual work and enable AI-enabled security workflows * Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents that integrate with cloud platforms and security tools; validate outputs for reliability and auditability * Assist with incident response by collecting logs, supporting investigations, and documenting findings * Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to improve security outcomes and enable business growth * Build dashboards and metrics to illuminate risks, remediation progress, and security effectiveness * Support security exception processes by gathering evidence and documenting compensating controls * Contribute to security documentation and lessons learned to improve detection and response capabilities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * Hands-on experience in security, cloud technologies, automation, or infrastructure (internships, co-ops, projects) * Experience with AI agents and AI-enabled security tooling * Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or protocols (e.g., MCP, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI) * Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and business relevance * Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Comfort with Linux and command-line tools * Python scripting experience * Understanding of networking fundamentals and DNS/HTTP/S/TLS/firewalls * Familiarity with Git and modern version control * Strong written and verbal communication; security-focused mindset * Passion for cloud security and continuous learning Key requirements * flexible work options * medical and dental insurance * incentive pay component * competitive base salary * opportunity to work with AI-enabled security * professional development support
