Experteer Overview Lead a team that designs, debugs, and maintains GPU firmware across the product lifecycle. Drive firmware delivery for multiple consumer lines under tight schedules. Shape firmware feature roadmaps aligned with hardware and industry standards. Collaborate across hardware, software, and business teams to turn ideas into boot software solutions, while partnering with OS and PC vendors to improve startup experiences. You will help secure firmware as a root of trust and continuously improve build systems and processes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and mentor a team to develop, debug, and maintain GPU firmware through the NVIDIA GPU lifecycle * Drive timely firmware delivery for multiple consumer product lines with aggressive schedules * Define firmware feature roadmaps aligned with hardware specifications and industry advances * Provide design and implementation direction for boot software solutions * Collaborate with hardware, software, and business teams to turn ideas into working firmware features * Partner with OS and PC vendors to enhance startup experience * Improve team software processes and core infrastructure, including build systems and regression farms * Continuously evaluate and improve security for firmware serving as a root of trust Tasks * 12+ years of overall software experience * Bachelor in EE/CS/CE or equivalent experience * 6+ years of leading teams developing device BIOS, firmware, or other low-level software * Strong C programming skills * Excellent communication skills * Sense of humor encouraged * Deep understanding of software processes * Experience working with hardware designers and software engineers across teams Key requirements *
