Job description

  • Lead the overall architecture, design, governance, and roadmap for the Oracle EPM platform.
  • Serve as the technical and functional lead for Oracle Planning and Enterprise Performance Management initiatives.
  • Design, configure, enhance, and support enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, workforce planning, capital planning, revenue planning, and operating expense planning applications.
  • Partner closely with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Controllership, and business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Build and enhance driver-based planning models, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and long-range planning capabilities.
  • Design and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, calculation scripts, security models, and application architecture.
  • Lead integrations between Oracle EPM and enterprise systems including Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, and other financial applications.
  • Develop and support data integration processes utilizing Data Integration, FDMEE, REST APIs, and EPM Automate.
  • Provide hands-on production support, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and issue resolution during financial close and forecast cycles.
  • Establish development standards, governance, documentation, change management processes, and platform best practices.
  • Lead third-party implementation partners and offshore resources while mentoring internal technical teams.
  • Present project updates, architecture decisions, roadmap, and delivery status to Finance leadership and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Oracle EPM implementation, architecture, administration, and solution delivery experience.
  • Expert-level experience with Oracle Planning / EPBCS (Planning Cloud).
  • Strong hands-on experience across the Oracle EPM suite including:

  • Oracle Planning / EPBCS
  • FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud)
  • ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
  • Essbase
  • Data Integration
  • FDMEE
  • REST APIs
  • EPM Automate

Extensive experience supporting:

  • Annual budgeting
  • Rolling forecasts
  • Driver-based planning
  • Long-range planning
  • Workforce planning
  • Capital planning
  • Revenue and expense planning
  • Financial modeling

Strong understanding of FP&A, financial statements, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and enterprise finance processes.

Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP platforms.

Experience operating in SOX-controlled or other highly regulated environments.

Strong architecture, design, governance, and enterprise solution delivery experience.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior Finance executives and business leadership.
