Sr. Software Engineer

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to join a real estate and property organization in Reston, Virginia. This role will help create and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions that support core business operations, with a strong emphasis on scalable architecture, reliable integrations, and modern application development. The ideal candidate brings deep experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, backend engineering in C# and .NET, and front-end development using contemporary web technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver enterprise software solutions that support business-critical functions and scale effectively as operational needs grow.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and integrate smoothly with connected platforms.

• Build and support backend services and application components using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET with a focus on performance, stability, and maintainability.

• Create responsive user-facing features using JavaScript and React.js to improve usability and overall application experience.

• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems to enable consistent data flow and streamlined processes.

• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and optimize existing applications to improve reliability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical and operational needs into well-structured software solutions.

• Contribute to application configuration, enhancement planning, and ongoing support for enterprise platforms throughout the software lifecycle. Requirements * At least 5 years of experience in software engineering within enterprise application environments.

• Proven background working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable enterprise platform, including configuration, customization, and system support.

• Strong programming expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET for building robust application logic and backend services.

• Hands-on experience with modern front-end development using JavaScript and React.js.

• Demonstrated ability to design and support scalable, high-performing software applications.

• Experience integrating enterprise applications and services across complex business systems.
