Senior Associate, Data Scientist - PXT Analytics

Experteer Overview In this role you drive measurable improvements in developer productivity and technology efficiency by turning complex engineering and finance data into actionable insights. You’ll build metrics and models to quantify impact across CI/CD and AI-enabled workflows, partnering with Technology and Finance to inform decisions. You’ll work with diverse data sources to benchmark progress and support enterprise-wide measurement frameworks. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to shape how software delivery scales in a leading financial services firm.
