User Experience Designer (61278)

Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design or related design discipline

* Portfolio of effective interface design work or outstanding portfolio in a related design discipline

* A strong understanding of visual design and how it can shape and influence user interfaces

* Strong collaborative and organizational skills

* Ability to articulate the why as well as the what

* Dedication to detail and deadlines

* Experience using the Atlassian suite of products strongly preferred

* Experience working with a Tailwind based design system strongly preferred
