Job description

Manage cloud infrastructure and automate deployment processes.
Develop solutions using Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, Go, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Administer Linux systems and work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch., * Support development and deployment of cloud and non-cloud infrastructure, including AWS EKS.
Automate deployment processes to ensure reliability and scalability of services.
Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Collaborate with development teams for application integration.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production systems.
Continuously improve infrastructure processes and tools for high availability and performance.
Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
Utilize configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Develop scripts and programs in Python, Bash, and Go.
Perform Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
Work with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
Apply Agile software development methodologies and tools like Git and Flux.

Requirements

9+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Software Development and Bachelors in related field; or 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
Must have a DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications (i.e. Security+) or the ability to obtain one within first few months of hire.
Total Compensation: $261k+ yearly
