Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer on the Trusted Content team, you will shape AI-powered and agentic software that accelerates industrial projects. You’ll contribute to the creation, trust, and delivery of application content within Rockwell’s product portfolio, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. You will explore proofs of concept and architect AI solutions that scale in industrial environments, helping the company advance its trusted content strategy. This role offers hands-on AI development with a direct impact on product evolution and customer outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Architect and lifecycle-manage AI and agent-based systems for Industrial Automation applications * Follow established coding, testing, and debugging procedures * Collaborate with Innovation Systems Engineers to translate requirements into software solutions * Work with cross-functional development teams to turn ideas into deliverables * Collaborate with customers on external engagements related to Trusted Content * Contribute to relevant standards and artifacts * Support global marketing or industry events * Support customer or operating segment projects on site Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience * Legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship) * Ability to travel up to 25% (including internationally) * Typically 5+ years of relevant professional development experience Key requirements * Health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) * 401k * Paid time off * Parental and caregiver leave * Flexible work schedule * benefits package information available
