Job description

Good in release planning, driving execution, and tracking deliveries for R&D products.
Define Process to improve efficiency by using data to revise procedures and optimize development processes.
Work with other executives to understand and consider the scalability and structure of the organization in order to create improved future plans and to co-drive the change management in our organization from R&D perspective;
Apply the understanding and knowledge of business and development strategies to improve development, product plans and specifications;
Ensure that all work implemented and included in a product or program release is implemented to specification, schedule and high quality, with minimal regression of functionality.

Requirements

5+ years of related test automation development experience using Python and/or Perl.
Experience in leading the automation framework design and development in Linux Operating Systems.
Experience and knowledge in the verification of any of the following OpenSSL, PKCS11, JCE , Symmetric and Asymmetric Cryptography, PKI , Key management, * Client is looking for a Sr Manager, for its Security Solution Business Unit. 5+ years of engineering experience in developing crypto focused or server/client model focused applications
3+ years of HSM / System / Network Appliance experience
5+ years people management experience
5+ years of experience in directing teams and improving quality by adding processes
Has worked on Agile / Scrum
