ABAP Developer- ACM

This position is responsible for the full development lifecycle, encompassing requirement gathering, strategic analysis, design, and robust code development. You will drive excellence through debug sessions, code reviews, and comprehensive unit testing while maintaining high-quality documentation. A critical component of this role involves active engagement with Business Analysts, Technical Architects, and enterprise users to ensure solutions align with broader organizational goals. You will also coordinate across global teams, providing the necessary leadership to bring both onsite and offshore colleagues up to speed., * $115-165K base salary + bonus

• A minimum of 5 years of advanced SAP ABAP development experience, including at least 2 years focused on SAP ACM frameworks.
• Ideally, experience with one or more full life-cycle SAP implementations, including post-production support.
• Strong proficiency within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Technical mastery of SAP Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) version 3.0 or higher, or S/4HANA 1809+ with ACM 4.0 SP01.
• Functional knowledge of S/4HANA modules including SD, MM, TM, Finance, TSW, and CPE.
• Expert-level command of OO ABAP, ABAP CDS Views, BRF+, BADIs, and interface proxy classes.
• Hands-on expertise in OData services and Gateway performance tuning, specifically for extending and troubleshooting ACM Fiori applications.
• Deep technical understanding of Junction Functions and the OF framework, with the ability to debug complex ACM processes such as Price Fixation, LDC, and Settlements.
• Proven ability to resolve high-priority issues involving system locks, memory management, DB updates, and background job processing.
• A comprehensive perspective on ACM-TM integration and the end-to-end process flow across SD, FI, and MM.

Preferred Skills

• Practical exposure to SAP HANA Analytical Map-Reduce (AMDP).
• Experience performing deep-dive analysis of SAP standard code and executing OSS Note implementations.
• Skill in diagnosing and resolving backend ABAP issues specifically for Fiori-based environments.
• Previous experience integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs within the SAP ACM landscape.
