Your Impact

As our IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder alignment through execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and deliver complex IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server deployments, system migrations, cloud initiatives, and data center transformations.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and success criteria.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless collaboration across IT, business, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and performance, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization through clear and effective communication.
• Provide regular project updates, governance reporting, and executive-level visibility.
• Ensure high-quality delivery while balancing business priorities, technical requirements, and operational continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, infrastructure trends, and project management methodologies to continuously improve project delivery.

We’re looking for a project leader who is equally comfortable discussing technical architecture, managing stakeholders, and driving execution., * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within infrastructure-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains such as networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, data centers, and system integrations.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate teams and align stakeholders.
• Hands-on mentality combined with a structured and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, as the role involves managing multilingual teams, business stakeholders, and partners across all three languages.
