Job description

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for a Unit Test Engineer to support the implementation and industrialization of unit testing practices across critical embedded software components.

The objective is to strengthen software quality, improve test automation and achieve the required code coverage targets.

Your responsibilities Define and improve unit testing approaches. Develop, maintain and review automated unit tests. Measure and analyze code coverage. Support software developers in implementing effective tests. Contribute to the integration of testing activities within CI/CD pipelines. Help improve testing standards and practices across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

Engineering degree or equivalent technical background. Between 3 and 8 years of experience in software development or testing. Hands-on experience with unit testing is essential. Good knowledge of C/C++ development. Experience with code coverage tools and analysis. Comfortable working in a Linux environment. Familiarity with Git, GitLab and Jenkins. Experience with embedded systems. Strong quality mindset, structured approach and good collaboration skills.

Mandatory requirements Fluent French. On-site presence at least four days per week.
