Job description

Position Overview IT System Administrator - Robotics, ABB Robotics, SpainResponsibilities Set up, manage, and optimize the IT infrastructure, hardware, and networks for the Barcelona office and other on?premises and cloud environments.Collaborate daily with IT peers in Zurich to ensure seamless technical operations and standardized workflows.Act as a bridge between local sites and global corporate stakeholders to understand, navigate, and implement ABB Robotics’ corporate IT policies and procedures.Enforce robust cybersecurity practices and ensure local compliance with global corporate security standards.Provide hands?on endpoint management, software provisioning, and day?to?day IT support for the local team.Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or IT Infrastructure.Valid cybersecurity certification (e.G., ISC2 CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent).Proven experience in setting up and configuring IT infrastructure for new office locations or scaling environments.Strong understanding of corporate IT policies, governance, and enterprise?level stakeholder management.Solid knowledge of networking (firewalls, VPNs, routing), OS deployment, and endpoint management (Linux).Effective communication in English, required for daily collaboration with the Zurich team and global corporate stakeholders.Bonus: Prior experience supporting R&D, engineering, or robotics environments.Benefits Home office flexibility - work remotely or in the office in Sant Quirze del Vallès.Company mobile phone.Employee benefits portal with exclusive discounts and deals.Employee share acquisition plan.Learning and training opportunities.Career development through internal job market.Flexible work practices to support work?life balance.Our Team Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.Being part of our team means your work matters - you help create real impact in robotics.About ABB Robotics ABB Robotics provides robotics and related automation solutions, empowering global industry with technology and expertise.#J-*****-Ljbffr
