moving hundreds of millions daily.You’ll design new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure our systems deliver speed, cost efficiency, and scalability.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaborative problem-solving, writing clean and secure code, and taking full ownership of product quality within a cross-functional team.What you’ll doBuild, maintain, and optimise scalable and secure services.Write clean, testable, maintainable, and extendable code.Solve complex technical challenges and production issues.Evaluate data and scenarios to make sound design and technical decisions.Improve scalability, performance, and reliability across our systems.Contribute to product vision, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers globally.Mentor and support fellow developers to grow their skills.What we’re looking for2+ years’ experiencein application development.Strong expertise inweb services and REST architecture.Proven experience buildingscalable, distributed systems.Product-oriented mindset with focus on business impact.Hands-on experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, etc.).Understanding ofobservability (o11y)tools and principles.Experience with agentic development tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.Knowledge ofrelational databases.Strong fundamentals inobject-oriented design.Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (QA, Product, SRE).Fluent in English.FinTech or payments industryexperience is a plus.Tech stack you’ll work withBackend: Java, RubyFrontend: React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3Databases & systems: Linux, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Sidekiq, AMQP, ElasticSearchCloud: AWSVersion control & CI/CD: GitLabAgentic AI: Claude Code, CursorWe Offer:Competitive compensationEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Flying Start -
