  • Erfahrung in der Entstörung von Problemen am Windows Client (Hard-, Software und Peripherie)
  • Erfahrung in der Anwenderbetreuung vor Ort, im Servicepoint, am Telefon und/oder Remote
  • Pkw-Führerschein
