Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end armament system development and integration on aerial platforms, ensuring performance, safety and regulatory compliance.You will work with cross?functional teams to define architectures, interfaces and verification plans that enable seamless weapon and stores integration.You’ll drive risk analyses, support certification efforts and mentor junior engineers to uphold high engineering standards.This opportunity offers impactful work on armament systems within a global aerospace leader and a collaborative, safety?conscious culture.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Develop armament systems, equipment and weapon integration for aerial platforms across the lifecycle* Lead system and architecture design for Armament Control, Stores Management, and Weapon Bay/Carriage systems* Define interfaces and technical requirements; manage impact analyses across system levels* Coordinate technical integration, create ICDs, and assess weapon/system architectures* Prepare safety and technical documentation for armament and stores integration* Develop test benches and define ground/flight test requirements for qualification* Ensure airworthiness through qualification reports and certification documents* Act as primary technical contact for suppliers ensuring alignment with requirements* Provide technical mentorship and uphold high engineering standardsResponsabilidades* Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline (education field explicitly stated as a requirement)* Experience: 5+ years in Aircraft Systems Integration* Languages: Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)* Knowledge of systems integration in aerial combat platforms* Knowledge of Vu**V processes and aircraft systems* Experience in armament/stores integration and development (valued)* Familiarity with DOORS, Matlab/Simulink, C++ (valued)* Ability to manage interfaces, requirements and supplier collaboration* Strong adaptability and cross?functional collaborationRequisitos principales* Vacation days and additional days off* Hybrid working model* Health insurance* Employee stock options* Retirement plan* Study grants

  • Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline (education field explicitly stated as a requirement)
  • Experience: 5+ years in Aircraft Systems Integration
  • Languages: Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of systems integration in aerial combat platforms
  • Knowledge of Vu**V processes and aircraft systems
  • Experience in armament/stores integration and development (valued)
  • Familiarity with DOORS, Matlab/Simulink, C++ (valued)
  • Ability to manage interfaces, requirements and supplier collaboration
  • Strong adaptability and cross?functional collaboration
