Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations, infrastructure) to build innovative application experiences

1. Implement custom user interfaces using latest programming techniques and technologies
2. Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance, and provide feedback to peers during code reviews
3. Set direction and goals for teams, lead major initiatives, provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers, and help onboard new team members
4. Architect efficient and scalable systems that drive complex applications
5. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, and drive large efforts to reduce technical debt
6. Work on a variety of coding languages and technologies
7. Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding

2. Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects
3. Experience utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed feedback and solutions

2. Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
3. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
4. Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management
5. Experience building complex applications for the iPhone or iPad using Objective-C/C++/Swift with the iOS SDK and other frameworks
6. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
7. Shipped at least one large-scale product to production, supporting millions of active users
