Job description

Are you an SAP Business Analyst looking to be part of a major SAP S/4HANA implementation? We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing business looking to appoint a Junior to Mid-Level SAP Business Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the beginning of its SAP S/4HANA journey, supporting a greenfield implementation and helping shape new business processes from the ground up., * Supporting the implementation of a brand-new SAP S/4HANA system across the business.

  • Working with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Mapping current (“AS-IS”) processes and helping define future (“TO-BE”) SAP processes.
  • Supporting business change activities, including documenting impacts and assisting with communications and training.
  • Assisting with data cleansing, validation and migration from legacy systems into SAP.
  • Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for development and configuration teams.
  • Supporting minor SAP configuration and system enhancements alongside senior consultants.
  • Writing and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
  • Logging and tracking system issues through to resolution.
  • Producing user guides, training documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Delivering end-user training and supporting colleagues during system go-live and hypercare.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years’ experience as an SAP Business Analyst, SAP Support Analyst or Key User involved in ERP implementations.
  • Exposure to SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM or SD.
  • Experience supporting any stage of an ERP or SAP implementation project, including requirements gathering, testing or data migration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across the business.
  • Degree qualified in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or SAP certifications would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Eager to learn, proactive and looking to develop within a collaborative project environment.

Benefits & conditions

Offering a salary of 45,000 - 55,000 plus benefits, this is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week)., * 45,000 - 55,000
