We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design and deliver executive-level business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and cloud-based data platforms, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into visually compelling, high-performance dashboards. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience with a proven track record of building polished, executive-facing dashboards. Expertise in advanced visualization techniques, custom visuals, and dashboard branding aligned with business standards. Strong proficiency in DAX and data modeling, including: Building complex measures and calculations. Optimizing semantic data models. Developing scalable enterprise reporting solutions. Experience working with large, complex datasets in cloud-based data environments such as: Azure Microsoft Fabric Snowflake Databricks SQL Server Strong experience with dashboard performance tuning, report optimization, and best practices for enterprise BI solutions. Background working with recognized organizations or consulting firms, delivering multiple enterprise BI projects with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently translate business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling Power BI solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills in fast-paced, evolving environments
