Exp- 12+ * Analyze and document end-to-end MRO business processes, including maintenance planning, spare parts management, procurement, and inventory control

• Ability to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with maintenance, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
• Support change management, user training, and documentation development
• Strong understanding of:
• MRO processes and best practices
• SAP PM, MM and SD functionality related to MRO
• Spare parts management and maintenance planning
• RICEFW objects
• Integration of SAP with 3rd party systems
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC implementation and support projects
• Experience or exposure to iMRO or similar MRO optimization platforms
