Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a hard working and passionate Software Engineer. The successful candidate will have experience as a Founding/Lead Engineering background because they will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and deployment of our next-generation AI products and services. • Backend Python Development
• AWS Cloud Environments
• Architecture
• AI Assisted/Agentic Coding (Claude, Codex, Cursor)
• Experienced in a founding engineer type position or within a lead capacity with SaaS products
• Extensive experience in software development, scripting, and project management.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in a startup environment, preferably in a tech services company that has gone through a series A funding round or is in stealth mode.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and architecture design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
