At ING Hubs Spain we are looking for a Murex DevOps EngineerYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiasticTechnical Murex DevOps Engineerto join ourMurexTeam inthe Hedging IT Area, part of the FM> Tribe.As a Murex DevOps Engineer, you will be part of one of six global Agile squads, contributing to the full application lifecycle-from analysis and design to implementation and support.The Financial Markets and Global Treasury (FMGT) IT domain supports ING’s core commercial activities: Trading, Risk Management, and Liquidity Management. Our systems process thousands of trades in real time, handling billions of euros daily-requiring near-continuous uptime.We use a mix of cutting-edge in-house solutions and leading vendor platforms. Our teams operate globally-from the Netherlands, Singapore, UK, Spain and India-serving users in over 30 countries. English is our primary language, and our teams are diverse and virtual.Working in DevOps Scrum teams, we take full ownership of our software-from feature analysis and design to development, deployment, and production support. Our goal is to build self-managing, self-optimizing systems.Your key responsibilities:Onboarding initiatives: Migrating business from legacy systems to the strategic Murex platform.Strategic development: Delivering new financial products and functionalities.Configure complex functionalities and oversee their deployment in production. Develop tools and interfaces (e.g., XML, Python scripts) to support system operations.Automation is central to your role-covering deployment, testing (functional, technical, performance), system monitoring, and security alerts.Ensure the Murex service is stable, scalable, and secure as part of a DevOps team with end-to-end ownership.Manage functional and technical support, engage with diverse stakeholders and third-party systems-offering rich opportunities for growth and learning.You will have a broad set of responsibilities, and while it would be great if you have experience with all of these, we will consider candidates with the right foundation who need support and coaching in some of these areas.
