Job description

  • Develop and design innovative solutions for future mobile communication antenna systems.
  • Collaborate with a multifunctional engineering team to analyze RAN systems, find concepts, and create engineering prototypes.
  • Adapt and integrate solutions from other industries to enhance antenna systems., * To keep your development ongoing, you will find a broad range of training opportunities. Many online and face-to-face training programs incl. language courses in German and Mandarin.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in RF Engineering; a PhD is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in antenna RF system engineering.
  • Proven expertise in antenna in RAN system analysis and massive MIMO antenna systems.
  • Deep understanding of cellular antenna systems and complex wireless system architectures.
  • Proficiency in electromagnetic 3D simulation tools (e.g., CST).
  • Familiar with RF measurement systems.
  • Familiar with C/C++ and/or Python is a plus.
  • Machine Learning methods is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with excellent intercultural communication skills.
